Chef Polly

While spending her childhood in rural Devon, Polly first found her love for sailing in her teens when she became involved with the local sailing club, and spent her time exploring the south coast of England by sea. After completing a degree in English, Polly left her busy office job to combine her love of cooking with sailing. She honed her culinary skills by training to be a Yacht Chef with a UK Masterchef, on a course that partially took place in Sydney harbour, Australia. She loves to use fresh ingredients and herbs in all her cooking and will readily accommodate individual tastes and preferences. Polly produces beautifully presented delicious food, with devilish desserts her particular speciality.
