Snorkeling
One of the wonderful things about the crystal clear BVI waters is that most of the snorkel sites are so shallow that there is no need for scuba equipment, to see the colorful fish and corals, and many of the dive sites are nearly as good when viewed from the surface with just a snorkel and mask.
